What Does It Cost to Hire an Attorney?

We can help you with your workers’ compensation application for hearing and work with you to get your benefits restored and/or negotiate a settlement payment. Our fee is contingent, so you never pay anything up front. For most claims, our fee is only 29% of any benefits received.
